“Camden is Bright Not Blight” was created by Erik James Montgomery to elevate the community’s unsung heroes through portraiture. This is one of the eight “A New View” installations developed in collaboration with the City of Camden, New Jersey, Camden Community Partnership, and Rutgers University Camden to transform six illegal dumping sites into public art spaces as part of our Public Art Challenge.
