Brandon Ng

Brandon Ng is CEO and Co-founder of Ampd Energy, a company which is driven to create an emission-free future for construction. Ampd Energy pioneered the use of energy storage technology as a substitute for fossil-fuels in construction with its flagship product, called the ‘Enertainer’. Compared to fossil-fuels, the Enertainer has a carbon footprint which is up to 90% less, is 30 times quieter, emits zero ‘tailpipe’ emissions and–as a fully automated, software-driven system–requires zero operational supervision. Today, over 200 Enertainers power up over 130 major construction projects in Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK, and soon, North America and the Middle East, where Ampd Energy is currently opening offices.

Brandon originally hails from Brunei and was a Tatler Gen.T Social Impact awardee in 2021. Ampd Energy is one of the finalists of the 2022 Earthshot Prize in the ‘Clean the Air’ category.
