As a new class of medical students begins its journey, we’re continuing to invest in a future where doctors can build careers shaped by purpose and impact.

Our investment of more than $700 million in historically Black medical schools has strengthened the endowments of the nation’s four historically Black medical schools and reduced the debt of nearly 1,900 future doctors. This has opened doors for physicians like Dr. Jarvis Garner, who now provides emergency medical care to patients who need it most.
